Instructions:

1. Use the Regular Payments text box to enter the payments you'll be making either monthly or yearly.
2. Use the Annual Interest Rate text box to enter the annual interest rate for the investment.
3. Use the Term text box to enter the number of years in the investment.
4. Use the Frequency controls to select the Frequency of the payments: Monthly or Yearly.
5. Click Calculate. Note, too, that the applet updates the Results whenever you move from one text box to another in the Input Values section.
